Both keys spawn as a result on RNG, but can be found on clothing and dead scavs, or in crates and boxes, inside the Dorms section of the Customs map. Additionally, players will have to track down two keys, the RB-KSM and RB-SMB keys, to unlock the necessary doors to retrieve the desired documents. Before players can undergo this quest, they must be level 15 before they can take the quest from the Therapist, a medicine and aid vendor located in Tarkov City.
